snug-basin provides travel planning and coordination services for Australia, including but not limited to:

• Personalized travel itinerary planning
• Local experience curation
• Cultural heritage tour arrangements
• Adventure activity coordination
• Restaurant and dining recommendations
• Transportation and logistics support

Our services are advisory and coordinating in nature. We do not operate tours, accommodation, or transportation services directly but work with third-party providers to arrange these services on your behalf.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Fees and Payment

Our service fees are outlined on our website and in service agreements. Fees may vary based on the complexity and scope of services requested.

Payment terms:

• Service fees are payable as specified in your service agreement
• We accept payment via methods specified during booking
• Additional costs for third-party services (accommodation, tours, etc.) are separate from our service fees
• Prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified
• All fees are subject to applicable taxes

Booking and Cancellation

Our Services

Cancellation of our planning and coordination services must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and work already completed:

• Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellation after work has commenced: Refund for services not yet rendered, minus fees for completed work
• Cancellation within 7 days of scheduled travel: No refund for planning services

Third-Party Services

Cancellation and refund policies for accommodation, tours, transportation, and other third-party services are determined by those providers. We will inform you of applicable policies before booking.

We are not responsible for non-refundable deposits or fees charged by third-party providers due to cancellations or changes.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost luggage, and other potential issues.

snug-basin does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for costs arising from events that would typically be covered by travel insurance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

snug-basin acts as an intermediary in arranging travel services provided by third parties. We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
• Cancellations, delays, or changes by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other providers
• Personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other losses during travel
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control
• Losses resulting from your failure to obtain necessary travel documents, vaccinations, or insurance

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us for those services.

Your Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your travel requirements
• Obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)
• Complying with health requirements including vaccinations and medical clearances
• Arriving on time for scheduled activities and bookings
• Respecting local laws, customs, and cultural sensitivities
• Maintaining appropriate travel insurance
• Reading and understanding the terms and conditions of third-party service providers

Intellectual Property

All content on the snug-basin website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of snug-basin or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce content for commercial purposes
